REFUND POLICY.

At the Mississippi Center for Reentry, we strive to provide quality services and programs to support formerly incarcerated Desoto County BIOPIC residents. We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer a refund policy to accommodate such situations.

 

1. Timeframe for Refund Requests

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial payment date.

  • Requests made after 30 days will generally not be eligible for a refund, except under specific, approved circumstances (see below).

 

2. Full or Partial Refunds

  • Full Refund: If a cancellation request is received within 7 days of the initial payment, a full refund will be issued.

  • Partial Refund: If a cancellation request is made between 8 and 30 days after payment, a 50% refund may be granted, depending on the services already rendered.

  • No refunds will be issued after the 30-day window, except in cases of significant hardship, such as a documented medical emergency.

 

3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

  • Program Cancellations by Mississippi Center for Reentry: In cases where a program or service is canceled by us, all participants will be offered a full refund.

  • Incomplete Services: If a participant is unable to complete a program due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., family emergency), they may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of the service.

  • Non-Transferable Services: Refunds will not be granted for services or programs that were transferred to another participant.

 

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible.
